Yes even I got them.. You will receive a call from eazydiner team for eazydiner card automatically and rupay card offer will show in app automatically

Yes, they issue multiple cards on split limit basis. I have their indusind legend, eazydiner signature and rupay platinum card. Only legend was applied directly, rest i got on split limit basis through a different link for existing customers.
