i have like 1 year advanced jio recharge (1556 336days) i want to port it to airtel will i get some rechange of equal value or something for it?

So you can actually try asking Bharti Airtel to reimburse you equivalent plan, for which you already paid to @Aakash_Mukeshbhai_Ambani and Bharti Airtel might actually give it to you.
