I Am Just Thinking What Will Happen If The Delivery Boy Rejects After Inspecting Minor Scratches Visible Only In Sun Light.
In The Past My Exchange Was Rejected 2 Years Ago.
Suggested To Inspect Exchange Phone With Delivery Boy Before Accepting New Phone.
Under this new scheme consumer has to pay the full amount while ordering the new phone. After successful exchange they will refund exchange value.
Cases of Exchange Rejection will Increase. And Consumer won't have any option to return the 10 days old phone and get full refund if he isn't happy with exchange value.
Now a consumers can reject a phone if the courier guy decreases the exchange value after checking the phone. But in new method he can't. He can't return a 10days old used phone.
Indirectly they are trapping the consumers who cancel a order when exchange value decreases after physical check. And Flipkart will have more control over final exchange value of old phone.
If possible take back up using any cloud service and STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRAP.

I opted to exchange under this new process.mobile was delivered yesterday and there is no update on exchange.Says it will be picked up within May 20 but there is no option to manually adjust date or arrange pickup
