Hi. Does anyone has Jeeves higher authority emails for escalation.
I have bought an Iffalcon TV from Flipkart in Nov2020 on discount (invoice amount ~6800rs) and bought Jeeves complete protection plan while installing of TV (offline plan purchase, so Flipkart cc denied to help). Accidental damage is covered under CP.
Now there is physical damage in TV (kid might hit something on TV panel) and Jeeves team is denying to repair it and offering ~2500rs refund amount only (obviously replacing panel/tv is costlier for them than refunding 2500rs). Jeeves is saying they are “not able to repair/replace” due to physical damage so offering refund".
I am telling them that refund must be last action only, when replacement part/panel/tv is not available. But they are not agreeing with this and stick with refund only.
Anyone can help and let me know the escalation matrix of Jeeves. TIA
