Does Amazon have open box delivery for phones?

Same. Didn't buy any phone from Amazon in recently. Last purchase was a year ago. It was not open box that time.

bought 4k router in prime day sale it was doa ,i was lucky they are refunding it ,so now on im not buying any electronic from amazon ,too risky due to service centre replacement

No, but as per my experience,  u can return product if it's faulty. Make sure to check seller ratings/reviews to avoid returns.

I understand that some people have difficult experiences since these ECommerce platforms started "Service Centre Replacements" but Amazon has by far the best customer support that I've even seen. They don't have open box deliveries, but it never has stopped me from buying any electronic item from them. To be double sure, buy from a reputed seller and make an unboxing video.
