Make a excel sheet and maintain all transactions record.

I would say add 2 extra columns:1. Description 2. Was it necessary

it would be best if you plan to use the Credit Card to give you 30-45days of interest-earning opportunity rather than overspending which is not good and leads you to more debt only - emi/loan etc 😌

think credit card like debit card , i.e dont use it unless you have equal amount of money in account 

this will be a good start

Never get into this... Its a vicious cycle... Don't spend more than you can pay on your Cc... Emi is just a temp solution.... You pay more interest there too.. Try and come out of it asap
