Ola: Do we have any other option than Ola and Uber !!

*Only cab service which cover most of the cities/areas of cities *Heard from the drivers that driver/customer quality, behavior is on the down side for ola *More cab types *Price is little bit cheaper(actually head to head with Uber) *Lots of yellow taxi drivers joined ola, be aware *strictly ask the driver to follow the map or direction shown in the app *As per drivers experience map reception of Ola is little bit better than Uber *Customer care is not for solving problems but giving fake assurance *Self help based customer service is a myth
