Do not book with Ugam travels [Mumbai], very worst service.

Hi guys

A few days ago i booked an AC sleeper bus for my travel from Mumbai to Gandhidham from paytm as trains were not available, the service was provided by ugam travels and their service was really disappointing, first of all my bus got cancelled at start point only, they didnt informed about it and then they arranged another bus, later the bus broke down mid way near Baroda at approx 4AM, then they arranged one more non sleeper, non AC bus which picked us from Baroda at 7AM [3 hours waiting]. Finally i reached Gandhidham at about 4 pm. Later I decided I wont travel with bus. Those sleeper buses are really congested.
