do AU bank issue Ixigo card to existing AU card holder?

AU na hi card upgrade karta ha or na hi hdfc or axis ki trah card deta ha, offer to door ki baat ha, or limit bhi increase nhi karta

i mean they dont even let me apply through ixigo website as it is AU ixigo card afterall and i already hold some AU vetta card. and there is some new comeshot from RBI to not issue cobranded card to bank customer already holding
