Dividend Credit Faliure in ICICI Salary Account

Dividend was credited to my ICICI Salary Account via NACH but it failed. I have not received any of the dividend in my ICICI salary account. I mailed the stock registrar and got to know it.
It works fine in Airtel Payments Bank and Paytm Payments Bank without doing anything.
I have mailed ICICI customer email, but those people are dumb. They are not able to understanding it.
What do we need to do in ICICI Salary Account? Has this happened with anybody?

Actually for multiple dividend credits has failed to ICICI. So I am thinking its a ICICI problem only, in Airtel Payments Bank my family member receive it smoothly.

did your IFSC code changed recently ?
registrar will send you the unclaimed dividend via cheque in 3 months

nach failed means you should contact the dividend issuing registrar:) not receiving bank i.e ICICI in this case (because receiving ICICI can't understand that)
