Hi all,
I ordered a few items today from Swiggy Instamart, and two of them were ice cream tubs. One was from Giani (which was fine), and the other was from Kwality Walls. For the latter, they delivered a half-opened (seal broken), half-eaten, and foul-smelling tub of ice cream. Do they have no quality check for the items they store at their warehouse, or was this some sick, twisted joke they wanted to play?
From its smell, it felt like it had been sitting like that, half-eaten, for quite some time. I didn’t notice it when the delivery boy handed over the bag it came in; otherwise, I would’ve straightaway rejected it. I’m truly appalled that now we can’t even trust these delivery services/agents with the authenticity of the items they are selling.

I have seen maximum complaints about Swiggy Instamart delivering food gone bad or expired item than any other online grocery stores.
I ordered a cold drink from Zepto, but they sent me a normal cold drink bottle that was not chilled. This happened to me twice, and when I complained, they said only ice cream is chilled. I find it strange that they don't chill their cold drinks. I provided this feedback to them. I think buying offline is much better than dealing with this issue. Their lack of a refund or return policy, along with terrible customer support, will not help them sustain their business. On the other hand, Dmart and local grocery stores are great and hassle-free.
Has anyone ever got a refund from instamart?by which i mean actually received it in your account instead of them just saying they have issued refund but nothing ever came even after a week.
How to raise a complaint on Swiggy instamart
Swiggy Instamart do not have their own warehouses. Instead they tie up with your neighbourhood stores as franchisees.
But if you raise complaint with snapshots immediately, you may get refund for that item
