What about Arrested Development ? I have watched 3 seasons . Pretty good.

That show was awesome. But to really get most of the not-so-obvious jokes and subtle references, you need an understanding of the American culture that can only come from actually living there. Watched the first three seasons when the series was still on TV back in 2005-2006. Tried picking up the fourth season revived by Netflix in 2013, but found myself unable to connect/relate to it.

With all that said, I highly recommend the first three seasons if you like smart, subtle, quirky humor.

after much thinking, i now am watching the Breaking Bad, completed till season 4 now, only 8 episodes left,

personally speaking, it’s good, it’s not that good, i guess i didn’t liked that sort of genre.

btw, will be starting Gotham after that…

Huge fan of Two n a half men , friends ,Lost,etc
I for a change have shifted to Hindi mythological programs on Sony TV !!
Been hooked to MAHARANA PRATAP and MAHABALLI HANUMAN!!
Trust both these programs are a good investment for our time !!

I have not watched any episode (some random 2-3 of Sherlock & game of thrones), which one you would recommend me, I want a comedy+adult/science one

Since you did not like this series, then I guess you should also stay away from The Wire, The Shield and so on. These are based on Drugs and Cops too..

yup, i tried to patiently watch The Wire a few years back, but i couldn’t sustain my interest in that also..

Yes, just like “Friends”.

Both became more of a drama than comedy towards the end.

Completely true. It was actually a good lesson for me in American history.

I hope somebody will make something like that for India.

Indian History is very vast. But yes, I too want some good director to do a TV series about Indian History – at least the main incidents.

4)Gotham[Superb acting]
5)How to get away with murder[Worth watching]
6)Mr.Robot [watch it]
7)Suits[EPIC!,never has court seem so awesome,be ready for twists,gets repetitive sometimes but still fucking awesome]
8)House of Cards [masterpeice]
9)Da Vincis Demons[100% rating on rotten tomatoes,tom riley’s acting is wonderful,Laura haddock looks beautiful,it also has lara pulver you might know her as “the woman” from sherlock,third and final season on 24th oct. and every one is crying so am i ]

there are many others like himym,tbbt,newgirl,arrow,louie sherlock etc
please try the ones i have listed

as I didn’t find anyone suggesting lie to me here, let me tell you it’s an excellent series but the problem is it has got an abrupt end in the third season I guess but is still totally worth it, don’t go for the IMDb ratings, it’s awesome and if you like British accents tim Roth has done really nice work, do try a few episodes and opine.

If you like anime do watch Stiens gate….. It’s a masterpiece and there is not a single person who has rated it below 9.it related to time.
