Discrepancy in Axis bank CC total outstanding and available credit limit after doing international transaction

Hello. I did an international transaction in USD two months ago. Since then I have a discrepancy of 16 rupees in my CC account. When I add total outstanding and available credit limit, it comes to Total CC limit minus 16 rupees. This has been happening since last two statements. What is going on here. Any idea ?
