So I have few queries so that I can save money if these are not required.
- Disc vs drum brakes
- Normal wheel vs alloy wheel
- Any other things if you want to share to save more money

Go for disc brakes as they are better than drum brakes plus if you can go for alloy wheels take them also because they have long life than normal wheel.
functionally, even without wear and tear, the brake-pads on the conventional brake mechanisms can fail to deploy in the desired manner.
The mechanics of a disc brakes are somewhat better adapted to rapid cycles of braking and release (if needed).
While is may not be a big deal for two-wheelers, smaller vehicles
.. in larger vehicles, if the tread is worn out or not adequate
and the vehicle is on a very wet surface.. then 'aquaplaning' is a legitimate concern.
In such conditions, with less maneuverability, hard braking is not really an option.
Rapid cycles of braking and release.. lets one steer the vehicle better, while still slowing it down.
As for the rima of the wheels,
even normal ones usually ARE some composite, alloy type material.
Under normal use and without major incidents.. they ought to suffice.
But properly manufactured rims, if fitted as per specifications and if other things (example: wheel balancing) are done.. then alloy rims are more durable and relatively safer in the long run.
may you get the most out of it for years, decades. :-)
Disk brakes - Yes, life saving.
Normal 'Steel' wheels v/s Alloy wheels -- More or less cosmetic on the product we are talking about.
Indian roads -- Steel Wheels, Yes
Should we go for Alloy Wheels or Spoke Wheels when keeping RE Classic in mind?
1. Disk brake - apart from the performance factor, they eliminate the squeaky sounds that the drum brakes make when water seeps into them.
2. Alloys - you might not feel it, but alloy wheels are lighter. So the vehicle has slightly less unsprung mass to take care of, which surely will benefit in better performance and fuel efficiency. I understand that this logic is more relatable with respect to a car since it has more and bigger wheels, but even the slightest difference in the overall weight of the vehicle is going to benefit you.
But the only disc variant will be the top one, which comes with the bluetooth connectivity as well. I personally wouldn't prefer it at all since it is useless and the instrument cluster is very cluttered, but then I would lose on the disc brakes too. I would suggest you compare the DRUM ALLOY and the DISC SXC variants and see which one you like, since they're cosmetically different too.
3. Don't get insurance from the dealer, get one from Acko. You'll love them.
4. See if the dealer is willing to accept partial payment from a credit card/ Rupay credit card on UPI to save additional 1-1.5%.

Disk + Steel wheels combo is ideal for Indian conditions.
Alloy wheels look good, but they're not a must-have for a scooter. Disc brakes are a must for safety., alloy or steel won't matter on a scooter.
Normal wheel works as fine as alloy.. Just alloy make design more appealing. But trust me after few years no one looks at that.
Disc brakes are actually better then drum break due to quick action
