Disappointing Experience at Lenskart Stores

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the experiences I had at Lenskart stores recently.
Today (25-04-2024), I visited the Lenskart Store at Scapers Square, Shop No 4 & 5, 46, Vishrantwadi Main Chowk, Pune, Maharashtra 411015. I
intended to purchase contact lenses with powers of -2.75 and -3.50, both of which were available in the store. However, when the executive
attempted to scan the QR code for billing purposes, it showed the products as out of stock in the system. Despite the physical availability of the lenses, they refused to sell them to me and directed me to visit another store.
Subsequently, I visited another Lenskart Store at Shop No 8, Palladium Grand, Vishrantwadi Road, near Goodwill Square, Madhav Nagar, Dhanori, Pune, Maharashtra 411015. Again, both powers were in stock physically, but I faced the same issue with the system showing the products as out of stock, preventing the purchase. This resulted in me spending 45 minutes at each store. I had an urgent need to purchase the lenses as I am traveling tomorrow, making it imperative for me to buy them today.
I am perplexed as to why, despite having stock in the store, the lenses could not be sold due to a software error. I even suggested alternatives, such as taking photos of serial numbers and preparing a bill later, but my requests were denied. This experience has left me deeply disappointed, and it discourages me from visiting any Lenskart store in the future.
