Dirty tactics. Risky vendor.

Conversation between me and indiaplaza representative (after being put on hold for 23 mins because i was the 12th caller):

dudu: hello, i wanted to if the price shown on website is inclusive of all charges ie octroi and shipping?

ip: yes sir, it is all inclusive, you need not pay anything extra apart the final charges while ordering.

dudu: if that is the case why am i being charged octroi on the product i have purchased? i recently purchased led bulb and my order no is xxxxxxxxxx. so kindly refund.

ip: ok sir, give your pincode.

dudu: 400xxx

ip: sir, you stay in mumbai and in some parts of mumbai octroi is charged and is to be borne by customer

dudu: what nonsense? when i talk as a potential customer, no octroi applicable and when you come to know that i have already paid octroi you tell that customer bears it?

ip: sir we cannot do anything about it. next time i’ll help you

Now that is my last transaction from IP
Unfortunately i have ordered one more bulb which they have already shipped. Again loss of Rs42
Anyone with any suggestions?
