OnePlus got stuck in QUALCOMM CRASHDUMP MODE
- Any suggestions on how to fix the issue & bring it normal
- Suggestions on how to take Backup of all data
- Any other critical information to be taken care of
* The phone (One Plus 6) somehow came to Home Screen after unlocking after trying for hours but only for few minutes before going back to Crash mode again
No updates done
Need your Expertise in this matter

Will I be able to take backup after reballing ?
My main Aim now is to Take Entire Backup before it gets to Dumped mode
And what should I tell my local technician in layman terms to make him understand reballing just in case he is not aware of the term

Same problem happened with my op7 pro last year may. There is no option other than replacing the motherboard. New motherboard comes with 6 month warranty. It costed me 23400. Still using it and working fine.

Also Were u able to take Data Backup before replacing mother board OR data still intact after replacement ?

Can you Suggest some Best upper Mid Segment & Top Tiers phones
Eyeing on Oneplus 12 (Skeptical for same above reason) or Samsung S24 series as I know from news source that these 2 are going to be launched
With so much options & varieties its hard to select one
Some don't have Headphone Jack , Some comes without Charger Bundle
Some without additional External Expansion plus Dual SIM & some with Call recording issue
It would be also good if any phone has all such features combined
Apart from Iphone any suggestion is appreciated

try reballing the cpu as @Rocking_since_1992 suggested , get the backup and sell it on cashify or place new phone order with exchange asap to get rid of it. no point spending money on it as Old op6 is available at olx around 7k.

keep on trying to start it also it may just boot up once - keep it in cool temperature. it had worked for me and gave a short window of time to backup before it again gave this screen

How much was the short duration in your case before it went into dump mode again
Also I got once few minutes of it before the issue popped up again
If I keep on trying now again are there any Slim chances that it works for certain time period for me to take backup
And any particular sequence or Switch off & on

Oneplus cpu crash dump is caused by dryness of RAM or CPU pads means CPU pads has lost it connection with motherboard pads. You can send me your to get it reball, you can ping me for getting my service.

After reballing issues again comes after 1 week. Tried and tested

Only solution is change the motherboard as per service center and cost is nearly 50-60% of price of mobile.
Locally you can try to reballing the cpu but it will work for 1-2 days and again crash mode will come.
#Tested both on oneplus 6
