Previously swiggy free delivery for over 149 in my area now they changed it to 199 and charging 5 rupees as handling fee for instamart instead 4 rupees but they offered me swiggy one for 30 rupees /4 months as they can loot me over this change.
PLATFORM FEES 7 Rupees extra on each restaurant order a part from packing and handling and tax charges.
Swiggy always list 20-40% higher price than restaurant offline price.
Slowly all digital advantages now becoming luxuries as everyone charging premium for not going in traditional pre digital way.

They also increased handling fees on instamart from 4 rupees to 5 rupees. it was 0 a year back I guess. They charged 2 rupees then 4 now 5.
But looting started slowly from everyone from network provider to service providers online.
I am not taking the side of Bundl Technologies Private Limited.
I am testing to figure out the thought process here. If corporate tax is reduced, they give the logic that they hope the excess money ij the hands of the corporate would benefit the employees or others by way of the corporate increasing wages, hiring.
It does not happen like this though, in real life.
Same way, you are expecting a roadside stall which charges 80 rupees for a dosa to pay the platform for the listing and bear those expenses and still offer the same dosa at 80 rupees to the buyer?
As for many of the free delivery offers, subsidised or promotional rates on delivery fee.. these are often account specific and region specific too.
In a cousin's long unused Swiggy account, they were offering free instanart delivery for even a 5 rupees biscuit.. in a metro.. in the post covid tines.
Metros have huge competition and they want the custoners to come back.
I told her (my cousin) to place an order to our native place town (population in excess of 3.5 million) and she told that for that pincode there is no free instamart delivery for a 100₹ order.. despite being same account. (She kept ordering without delivery charges for over three weeks in the same account, via instamart, but only in the metro.)
Its been almost 1 month! We can't do anything about it. In order to maintain mov, order milk.....

For me in Gurgaon it still shows free delivery above 149 with my swiggy one membership.
Maybe it is location/city specific
it will show 199 after your subscription expires when you renewal it.

It changed few weeks back itself.
Probably, your Swiggy One not expired.
New Swiggy One benefits changed, MOV : 199, only with 7kms.
Earlier it was MOV : 149 within 10 kms
