1st I received this sms on 11th Dec

2nd I tried to redeem on 31st Dec
Your Redemption ID is XXXXXX. In case of a e-Gift Voucher, you will receive an SMS to your registered Mobile Number & your e-mail ID within 5 working days. While for a physical gift, you will receive it via post to your registered address within 12 working days.
3rd received SMS on 3rd Jan
Dear SBI cardholder, currently we cannot process Amazon e-voucher against , regret inconvenience.
What to do anybody help?
