Previously they allowed us to add one prime voucher from each source but now it's only one voucher from any source, whether it's 125 or 150 or 250 or 599 or 1499. Once you add a voucher, you must utilize it before adding another one. I personally added the 150 voucher from Swiggy One already and now when I try to add Paytm, Phonepe, or Timesprime prime code, it throws the error "We are sorry. For this Offer you have exceeded the number of promo codes you can add to this account."
I saw a few comments in DD about people facing the same error so confirmed with customer care and they said "Please be informed that, to add another voucher to your Amazon account. The existing voucher has to be utilized." Over the call, the agent said the same so no luck there as well.

I had already added multiple vouchers as and when received in an account, was able to use the whole balance today to pay for prime
I faced the same issue recently when I tried adding a Prime voucher obtained from PhonePe. I had not added any PhonePe vouchers earlier and was left confused.
Also, do added prime vouchers have an expiry date?
