Hello Dimers,
We have evolved from a very basic forum to where we are now… Its a interesting journey and we have learnt a lot from Dimers on what works and what does not work… 
Lately we started with a major upgrade for Desidime where we are consolidating many of the features to provide the most valuable information to Dimers and visitors of the website…
We rolled out the stores and categories page in New design format where all information about a particular store (be it deal, coupon or a discussion thread) nicely tucked on one single page..

We obviously rolled out Chat functionality which is still being worked on and will completely replace PM in next few months.
And now we are moving our efforts towards forums.. DesiDime forums is more than just deal sharing platform or plain vanilla forums… Its the most vibrant place on the internet where any shopaholic would love to be
I am attaching a screenshot of the future Forum thread (Or you can say deal)… Some of the key highlights would be Wiki (Currently Admin/Mod driven Wiki but would soon be more like a Community wiki so all top information is summarised which OP might have missed out on), ability to flag comments, ability to chat with dimers from same window (a better version), ability for the OP to upload images on Desidime server itself (no need to upload on imgur etc..), collapsing of quotes so its easier to read on mobile etc…
We would be bringing on many changes around how deal/coupon is submitted vs how a trade thread is started… We would be using this thread to keep posting regular updates so that way, all of us can together build a better community for the Dimers.
Comments are welcome and please restrict it to only discussion around the screenshot/features posted.
I think refresh is not proper working in mobile app
Expired deals or coupons should not be shown .it some times shows irrelevant search when nothing related to the required search is available.

In previous version, channel alert option became inactive once we send the alert for a thread
But in current version of app, it’s not showing inactive. Although it’s doing nothing once alert has been sent. But it should show inactive option.

For the past few days, Deal alerts (by subscribed channels) come only via email even though I have subscribed for SMS alerts only.

@admin I see some blank tiles on the homepage. Please investigate and fix. Example:
i dont see any suggestion button now 
can we have a another tab apart from Sort By: Hot & New for Only FPD’s Promoted in descending ie. top to bottom, latest to old. Basically the old homepage so tht we know which is the latest FPD.

Back Again today after 5 days,
Unable to Login in DD ,
Worst Bug, Unable to Login via Facebook
and Unable to login directly with Email also.
I think Both Options should be enabled for users who Registered Desidime with Facebook login.

Now we will notifications for threads which we mark as Follow Thread if any activity happens there
Already for own posted threads we receive notifications

i think, there is a flaw in the desidime, if some one posts a lightning deal and get good VUs, then the same deal comes again after a few hours, there is no option to make it to priority or to the top of the list in new deals category.
Even though we change the thread title to live again, we dont see any where in new list @admin @bumblefoot

I had raised it with @Nigel long time back that all ICICI Bank Cards deals gets tagged with Pockets deal
To which he had replied : That’s because pockets store url is saved as https://www.icicibank.com/Personal-Banking/inst...
So please segregate Pockets from ICICI Cards for better viewing of ICICI Offers

Android app is crashing too much, whenever I go to a thread to few comments as soon as first page gets over and comments for second pages are still loading it crash and takes me back to deal section. I am on redmi 3s prime.
Hi Team, in IOS I am not able for access DesiDime app as per Android app, request to please match That ASAP.
Cuticle things
1.Not able to access enter buttoon in deal detail field
2.Compulsory updating similar product was not suggesting perfect suggestion, hence lead to random selection of product. Need to remove compulsion from this field.
3. Not able to see post details. I.e. Like, watches, karma logs

The current version of iOS app not supported / working on iOS 11 beta, while opening it says “DesiDime Needs to be updated. The developer of this app needs to update it to work with iOS 11”. Please update.

App needs better functionality.. Price Comparison..Adding images..sharing links.. features like this must be at our fingertips..so that we can add posts quickly through app too
@admin just noticed that logins and logouts are instant now…much awaited issue finally solved 👍👍👍

Seems it is still not perfect… sometimes it is instant ‘offline’ after logout… sometimes its not 
@admin Loving the new instant vote up/like feature. Guessing you have finally moved to an asynchronous (message queuing) design. 
The bug which was causing DD chat messages to get dropped also seems to have been resolved for now.
But reminding that the tag-notifications delays/misses is still happening. And the login status indicator is still not fixed as pointed out by @myliferockkss above. CC @Tejaa @GoogleCA

Guys, I have started getting again the Thread Activity Notifications. The Thread Activity Settings is unchked but still getting. Pls fix this. tia.
