Denied Entry to Vietnam - Atlys Visa

I was denied boarding to Vietjet yesterday because of a mishap from Atlys in issuing my visa. This is my 3rd time applying through Atlys. My passport only has a given name(for example Rahul). My name according to aadhar is (example) Rahul Mishra. The first time Atlys issues me a visa with name Rahul. 2nd time they issued a visa with name Rahul Rahul.
Both times I was cleared for flying, however, 3rd time my visa came as Mishra Rahul, I was denied to board the flight as there is no mention of Mishra in my passport.
What to do now ? Atlys customer care never picks up the call on time , they called me back after 1.5 hours, by then the check in gates closed. They say that I provided wrong information.

I only gave my passport to Atlys
Could you clarify your name on passsprt, adhar and visa.
Example:-
Passport :
(Given Name- Rahul;
Surname- <empty>),
Aadhar:
(Rahul Mishra),
Visa:
(Mishra Rahul )
If u have not given Aadhar then how did they get your full name?It should have been same name As on your passport.Have you mentioned by any chance your full name during Visa application?
Yes, I have mentioned full name in my atlys profile as they don't have an option to leave last name blank. However, they had issued me a visa with only given name the first time I applied.
Update your passport, single name passports are not allowed in many countries now.

Don't know the purpose of not using surname. Atleast via surname identification is little easy.
Yes, correct. My parents had taken my passport for me when I was 3 y.o, first time I am facing this no surname issue. In places like Egypt and Vietnam, my visa had Given name repeated twice (egs Rahul Rahul) and I was given entry.

Aur travel krne se phle research naam ki bhi chiz hoti h, vietnam ke liye atlys ki kya jarurat thi , direct unki website se 3 din me visa mil jata h...
And secondly, single name me entry denied h vietnam me, if u want to go abroad with ur hard earned money then get ur passport correct, surname add krna koi bhot bada kam nh h... Aage ke liye secure ho jaoge...
Yes, need to add Surname Sirji. From now on going to apply directly through Vietnam website. I thought Atlys will follow same set of information like last application, my mistake on trusting their process.
Bro you are digging your own grave. When you have Rahul Mishra name in adhaar then you should have all other documents on this name only. You were lucky both the time earlier. As for passport there are very strici rules to issue visas.

Passport is one document where you definitely need to use surname. At least you can get around that issue in India when using Aadhar but foreign immigration authorities wont be so kind.

Did you give Aadhar for Visa purpose?
