Try hard resetting it.

Hopefully it will resolve this issue.

No idea bro, maybe reset works as suggested above

Make sure that after hard reset & afterwards the initial setup mode you select normal mode not "retail/demo" mode. If still same issue happens afterwards then time to raise warranty claim.

Hahaha.........bro if I'm committed to LG, then I should have all LG appliances and devices at my home and never bought anything from it's competitors 🙂

Try this below troubleshooting step.

Go to the Settings screen. Press the (Quick Settings) button → select Settings. ... The next steps may vary depending on your TV menu options. Select System → Retail mode settings → Set Demo mode and Picture reset mode to Off

If it has suddenly started happening and the unit has been okay earlier, might eventually need Sony service technicians.

Else, like others said.. check the remote is okay and no buttons accidentally depressed. Remove the batteries and re-insert if needed and then
restore to factory settings https://www.avsforum.com/threads/help-sony-bravia-kdl65hx729-demo-mode.1397608
I also saw a Sony channel video iterating the steps but the video is poorly shot.

If the issue is being faced on a recent purchase, it might help to knock the seller out.
If okay, do share the model number too.
