Delivery untraceable after 10 days. Can't cancel either

Had bought a pair of flipflop less than 100rs but they are not able to trace leave aside deliver even after 10 days. Funniest part is one team is calling to cancel the order and another is sending the mail that they can not cancel since its under shipment. Their shipment provider vehemently denies any shipment with the number they have given. Call center folks tell me that they revert after 48 hours of your last communication. So if you ask for an update before 48 hours, their counter resets to reply back. They can’t deliver can trace and can’t even cancel. Senior folks are too shy to come on phone on pretext of being busy. Chasing them since last 5 days but no luck.

Totally messed up system and customer service. No idea how merchants to business with them.
