Delivery of damaged product.

I purchased a tooth brush stand with order no 14913467. It was delivered to me on 6th March 2018 evening. As I opened it I found it damaged and I registered complaint with photograph. I was informed to be contacted within 24 hours, but no one contacted so far while 48 hours have been passed. So poor services are provided by the online shopping site ,SHAMEFUL.
