delivery issue with truemeds
my cousin ordered medicines from truemeds. on date of delivery ecom person called him and said to give him otp as he needs to check the products as per company policy. he denied to do so, then delivery person called him to different location to collect the order, he again denied. now from past one week the product goes out for delivery and then at the end of the day it says address is wrong, customer not available at home, customer not found at address, number switch off etc. Raised complaint on phone and mail to truemeds and ecom. ecom is pathetic and never replies. truemeds phone support has no power. their email team keeps on replying that they are arranging the delivery. they never cared to even acknowledge the fact that the delivery person asked for otp on phone. he even mailed their grievance team but they are also pathetic. its been a week now. he called their customer support and asked for money back, they said that they have raised it to concerned department. On mail they are ignoring the money back request and are just saying that your address is wrong so delivery person is not able to deliver or that you are not answering the delivery person's call which is a lie. what to do here?

no offense, can you check the delivery address in your cousin order? in truemeds website, just have a look and check if pin code and street name is right or wrong with exact pin code, you check once
if everything on your side is right, then screenshot it and pass it as complaint to truemeds support on email

paji everything is right. truemeds support is pathetic, they did not even callback for this issue even once. they are not ready to accept that delivery person is doing shit here. any higher authority email of truemeds?

the nearest ecom office is like an hour away from his location, since its been a week he bought medicines from outside. what should be done about the money paid?
