I've ordered a Cetaphil cleanser in myntra along with another product. The delivery guy is saying that he delivered two products outside my flat door when I'm in office. But i can't find that cleanser.
I've raised a complaint but customer care is denying replacement/refund as the product was already delivered. But I can't find it
. Is there any way I can get replacement or refund?

Somebody may have stolen it.
If you have proof then only you can do anything
Maybe delivery guy entering /leaving the building with number of parcels.
You cab confront with delivery guy directly if you have proof
