it has finally been decided to put the GRAP-3 restrictions in place, from Friday, in Delhi-NCR.

schools to remain closed
ALL mining activities to be stopped
selectively, construction activities may be permitted for government projects, hospitals, defence, infrastructure projects and so on.
BS-lll petrol and BS-IV diesel vehicles would have restrictions.
strict restrictions on brick work, masonry activities, use of heavy earth movers.. either for constructing or for demolishing.
except for minor indoor repairs, all plastering, polishing, varnishing, tile grinding/cutting, stone cutting/grinding are disallowed.

All are advised to check for the comprehensive list of all the things that are disallowed and try to support the locality, while complying with the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) norms/ requirements.

Long back, (topic 339167) had advised to try and format the post off-line, once and for all (than to repeatedly edit, save, thereby also adding to the workload of topic 339167 or others.. and then them finding it easier to delete, instead of 'verify'/moderate EACH edit.)
