Some teenage boys and girls made some groups in Instagram. They posted random girls’ photos including those belonging to underage ones without permission and spoke horrible things of them. It’s a very shameful event. They made rape threats, gangrape threats and they even threaten to leak nudes.

They can be tried maximum under criminal conspiracy, which is also difficult to prove in court
On the other hand if they hire a good lawyer, they can get the person who released this in public behind bars,as this is their private chat
and they are not making a public speech.
I dont support them in anyway, however it is also not right to publicly expose these 13-17 years olds, their whole life can be ruined, while they could have joined the group

Thats been happening a lot since the boom of smartphones. Its a very scary thing and I wish death and rape threats are taken seriously by social media platforms esp facebook and twitter!
Also its high time for society to learn to stop making fun of and shaming victims as these unfortunately leads to suicides.
