Amazon was the best marketplace since its inception but now its loosing its space
Customer support WAS best one
But nowadays their service is not upto the mark
Price of the items would be on higher side
Delivery team is one of the worst in the country
They will update false tracking details
They may reject the return pick up if you ask them to come next day but they might reschedule the return pick up for infinite times

But it may be due to the reason some of them taking the advantage and misusing it. After all everything they do to improve their business and to sustain for Long time.
As it is not a charity, they may be thinking to impose strict rules so that they ll have only genuine customers in future.
