Defective and cheap quality Lense appear scratches in glassess

I have purchased one Eyeglass with Lens on Jan-2019.
The Quality of Glasses is Worst within 3/4 month scratches appear on one of the glass. When I approach to the outlet where I purchase it they refuse to provide any service even not got any help when called in support no 99998-99998.
There no after sell service in lenskart.
My Experience with Lenskart is very disappointing and very much de-satisfied because poor quality after sell service or no service provided by lenskart. I must think in future before visit lenskart again.
