My friend ordered a Daikin A.C from Flipkart and after 1 day of installation he got all the fittings done from the electrician and got to know that the compressor was not working and then he called the installation persons and they checked and gave him the job card regarding the compressor issue
And then he complained to Flipkart and Flipkart processed the replacement but the jeeves tech. just didn't arrive for the check and flipkart just closed it as the customer doesn't want to return.
Now they are just ignoring the issue,same with Daikin
What should he do now?

And again people are busy name calling rather than providing the actual solution.
Mail your problem with all details (timeline wise) with images of the AC and attach invoice etc and mail at [email protected] (mail timings: non-holidays, 11:00-17:00).
That cs mail doesn't exist anymore. I've changed a washing machine which had dent and bend on outside previous year with this process.

I ordered laptop last year from flipkart, received damaged laptop (fan noise issue), then fk cc asked me to check from fk official technician and they file a complaint regarding this stating that fk technician will arrive within 21 days to check defects of laptop.
On 21st day I received a call from fk saying that technician visited your site and sorted out defects and closed my case.
In reality no technician visited ever.
At last I thought to use laptop as "JAHAN TAKE CHALE WAHA TAK CHALA LO"
