Hello Dimers,
DBS Bank reported wrong savings account interest in AIS under SFT.
What is the procedure to correct it?
I have called DBS customer care and explained the detail. They have asked to send the info in mail and attach the screenshot of SFT info. I have sent mail.
Anything else needed to be done from my side?
Will the bank rectify the info after checking internally?
Will it reflect in my AIS after bank corrects it?
Anyone else faced this issue before?
My interest amount is less than 1000. They have reported it as greater than 5L (I have no idea from where they picked this info).
I had FD too which is showing correct amount I think.

I will update once I get any reply.
In AIS, has the amount been corrected?
To which email id you have sent the mail?
I received the interest certificate, total interest is only 2801
Oh ok. Still I am not able to open my interest certificate. Need to wait till Tomorrow. Please send mail and follow as you have interest certificate available for u
Ais info started to mess again.
If you apply in bhni category in ipo for 10 lakh then ais show purchase of shares for rs 10 lakh even though shares are not alloted.
They simply can't able to handle these bulk ais info. Messing info every year.
@asamjadh670 Issue got resolved. Got below mail from DBS:

AIS is showing correct info now. I have verified it.
ideally banks/post office/companies would start reporting the details to IT from mid May and should complete by June first week and its advisable to start preparing your ITR from July first week so that you don't miss out any income reported in AIS, in your case you can have your amount (less than 1000) entered in ITR and in AIS you have the option to accept/reject the transaction where you can reject it and in comments mention the details.
Click on Optional under Feedback and select Information not correct (choose reason accordingly to your case)
