My experience on SWIGGY is very bad, this happened twice to me. paid money online,ordered food, SWIGGY boy picked up the food, on the way, 24 minutes to reach the delivery destination,looking at the mobile and waiting for the food, suddenly another message, your order cancelled by SWIGGY, reason – you are not available to receive the food, the delivery boy called you four times. No call came to my mobile, food didnot reach me. I called the SWIGGY boy to find out what happened, he told, the food is with him, he will bring the food, but didn’t turn up. Called SWIGGY help line, customer care, bad response, 70% of my money deducted by SWIGGY. I paid money, waiting for the food,no call from SWIGGY boy, no food reach me and SWIGGY deducted 70% money from me.I found out waht happened, from another SWIGGY boy, what he told me, please read carefully.SWIGGY delivery boy, picked up the food, he didnpt go to the delivery destination, cancelled the order with some reason that the customer at fault, instead he took that food for himself or his friends, or sell that food to other people.When you will inform Customer care or help line, you will not get good response, as if they are also involved in this planned process.Sent mail to Customer care, alsoto the Founder of SWIGGY, no good response. This is SWIGGY, please be careful.

Bro u said that u didn’t receive any call but how can they cancelled without checking the any details that the delivery boy called your number or not
Delivery person can just dial number and disconnect to show in call history.
I think Swiggy should route the call and should not share the mob num like Amazon/FK delivery people do.
They doesn’t care at difficult times. Once I ordered and got rotten food. When I raised concern, their reply was, they will make sure it will not happen in future, when I asked about current order, their reply was they can’t replace/refund. Even I shared video n pics through Email. Nothing was done.
But that’s not only the case, once I ordered mutton biryani 2qty, but I got only 1qty. When I raised concern, they refunded complete amount. But I was expecting only difference amount.
Now u can understand how their support was.
I have always faced such problems with prepaid order only…… But now cod is stopped….. In future when situation normalises I will place order only on cod basis
I had ordered more then 100 times from swiggy from mine and other family members phones but had 2 nasty experiences – one was solved as soon as soon as I complained on twitter. Problem was – got half tandoori while I paid full tandoori chicken for a few guests that was coming on that day. But chat support was paying a mere Rs 25!
After complaining on twitter, got full refund tho I was expecting price difference.
The unsolved case was when I paid mutton and fish dishes with cash but delivery jerk said I didn’t pay!!!!
When I checked the msg I was shocked and told my side. After a few days, while trying to order from same account, they cancelled my new order and said I have to pay earlier dishes + fine!
I threw away that account and after 7-8 months, they shamelessly send an email of that account to come back as they “miss me”?! 😆
Happened with me too.. swiggy doesn’t care about customers
