Cylinder booking via Flipkart UPI Failed - Where to complaint

Hi friends,

I booked LPG Cylinder yesterday costing 822.5 using Flipkart UPI platform. There was offer of using 20 supercoins along with UPI payment. 

So I paid using Rupay Credit Card UPI and payment of 802.5 was successful by Credit Card but 20 supercoins not deducted.

Also LPG cylinder was not booked. 

Now when I raise complaint on Flipkart UPI it also failed. 

Suggest where to complaint.
