started with 6.85% (bob home advantage home loan) in 2021
Current rate 8.65 % (Got changed one time from 9.35 to 8.65 last year by paying around 5k charges)
any chance of reducing further ?
if possible share yours current ROI/bank name/product name

Almost same as yours, even years. But Which bank plz... I requested ICICI to reduce interest from 9.4 but they reduced only to 9%... Even having good credit score

Indian bank giving 8.4 for same OD loan account and bank of maharashtra 8.35 +.25 extra for od home loan

started with HDFC at 6.80 in 2021.In 2023 it was changed from 9.30 to 8.35 by paying fees and till date the same interest of 8.35.
