Croma- Not a good experience. Long long way to go

Croma – A name that comes from Tata stable. Sound like it will be a very trust-worthy site with very satisfying experience.Right?

My personal experience. I have put in an order for a Laptop bag recently. Even 15 days after putting in the order there is no sign of dispatch. I call the customer care and they are yes, sir… sorry, sir… It has been given to Bluedart, sir but what they have done with it we dont know. Then the next day the answer is, it has not been dispatched yet. Ultimately no one knows if the bag has been dispatched or not been dispatched… or whether it will ever be dispatched at all. Blustering, blithering IDIOTS is the only word to describe people at Cromaretail.com
Working in a Tata group company, they say, is working in a government company. No results produced because no real work being done… And everyone is happy except the customer!!!

Strict No no to Croma from now on…
