credit card upgrade suggestion needed

Currently I am holding Flipkart axis CC with around 4L limit and as the times changed and I think 3.25 uaage I won't use in this card and don't think it is wise to keep .. but this is my oldest card, and not ltf .. annual fees applicable.
I want to upgrade my credit card from axis Flipkart .
Which would be better in axis?
And if upgrade will it affect my cibil score?
Also I have the upgrade offer directly from hdfc .. from Millennia LTF to regalia gold FYF will it be good to take this upgrade offer or should ask for different one?
Pls guide me?

Upgrade will not affect ur cibil score.
There is not much use to switch from milenia ltf to gold fyf if you don't spend much on travel or hotel
