Be careful guys. Nowadays bank insiders started scamming people.

Best way is to upgrade ur knowledge and stay focused while dealing with debit/credit cards, daily newspaper me ek na ek fraud ki news aati h, people are dumb infact, kisi ko bhi apna card de dete h , pin bta de dete h, infact jinke account me 10-20 lakh pde h wo log jobs dekh rhe h and fraudsters ke chakkar me aake sb gawan dete h, i couldn't understand how they even earned that much if they can't differentiate btw right and wrong things...
Youngsters should help elderly in gaining knowledge as well they should also stay alert while dealing...
Jb insan khud hi dumb ho, to dusro ko blame Krna it's not helpful, my opinion...

ya axis bank is worsening day by day, yesterday i visited axis branch and their customer service is even getting worst by seeing how it went, worst worst day by day its miserable

about this post, I can't understand one thing , HOW scam happened, the customer just agreed on email and the axis employee did what??
i mean how this is classified as employee fraud? (i mean how to know its employee that did the scam??)
the source of news has lack of data to claim it as employee fraud
DONT BELIEVE EVERY NEWS WITH LACK OF DATA (because this breach of credit card might happened because of customer side too)
Side note: I still hate axis bank services of recent years, but still this news has lack of data to believe
Yes after reading article its clear that customer is still not given confirmation by bank about what kind of incident it was. Insiders were calling from months then why they waited for months? Bank can call for promotional offers but its safe to visit branch or confirm with customer care.
Side note : i too received limit upgrade offer and person on call was saying a special offer and i have to give consent. But i did not go ahead and contacted customer care and they said there is no limit upgrade for me.
