Credit card settlement offer from RBL bank

I was facing financial crises so opted with no payment of my credit card dues for last 3 months. 

After 500+ calls and regular harrassment on calls today I received message from 1 lady about settlement offer.

Called to her and she told me 35% one time payment offe. 

So should I take it as she is telling document will be valid till 10th August after that offer will not be available. 

Any expert please guide me . 

Should I take it or should I force her for more discount ?
