From the past 2-3 days, I'm receiving these messages frequently from all issuers. UPI, Credit card, banking services not available bolke. Even I received from IDBI!!!! Any regulation by RBI? Or this is related to BBPS?

They Are Software Updates And Upgrades Includes Glitches , Bugs , Known Issues , Server Relocation , Advanced Features And Hardware Issues Like Change Of Components, New Servers Etc Etc.
