I currently hold the following credit cards:
Could you please advise which cards I should keep, which to discontinue, and suggest any new cards I should consider applying for?
I'm primarily interested in cashback, movie offers, and airport lounge access.

If Flipkart Axis Bank CC is paid, close it and take SBI Cashback CC.
Try upgrading IDFC First Bank Select CC to Wealth CC for BOGO on Paytm Movies upto Rs. 250 (twice a month) plus BOGO on movie ticket upto Rs. 300 and 100% off upto Rs. 200 on F&B (at the time of booking) on Book My Show using Visa Infinite offer.
Try to get ICICI Bank Sapphiro CC to enjoy BOGO on movies upto Rs. 500 twice a month on Book My Show. They have an alumni offer for tier 1 colleges and you may even try your luck using account aggregator method, sometimes it's offered LTF or FYF. Please don't take it if it's paid, not worth it at all. This CC will help you with airport lounges too.
HDFC Bank Regalia First CC is worthless card but I'm pretty you're holding it because it's LTF. I'll suggest you to bargain with HDFC Bank and instead get Millenia CC LTF. Even if Millenia is paid, it's worth it.
Very important : Not just CC portfolio but DC portfolio is also something that should be looked upon. Fun fact, I benefit more from my DCs rather from CCs when it comes to rewards and domestic airport lounge access. RuPay Platinum and Select DCs are quite helpful for airport lounge access and IDFC First Bank Wealth DC is a solid one for earning decent reward points. Even RuPay Platinum DC is helpful on Fridays for paying bills on Amazon. Kotak Mahindra Bank Everday RuPay Platinum DC gives 30% off upto Rs. 1k on Eazy Diner once in every 8 days.
Bottomline is, diversify your DC portfolio too because they're handy as well at times.
Thank you so much for valuable reply.
Take millenia , close regalia first....
Take sbi cashback, close axis flipkart
