HDFC gives 1% back if you pay bills using their own website/mobile app, but it is limited to just a few of their debit cards, look into it if you already hold a bank account with them.
Else, use Mobikwik, They're currently giving 1% cashback upto ₹100, but you would have to link your email first. Also, this offer will be valid only if you pay the complete bill amount in one go and since you've already linked your email, the amount will be fetched automatically. If you change it even a bit, the cashback would not be applicable.
