ALERT: CRED WONDERLA COUPON HORROR
DON'T BUY CRED WONDERLA COUPONS FROM OTHERS.
Respected Dimers! After Cred Wonderla Only Fridays offer, many Dimers started selling the codes at half prices and even huge discounts. I haven't visited any amusement parks till now so thought of visiting this time using discounted coupons. After buying 7 codes from different dimers I registered on Cred Wonderla site hoping to get the tickets within 24 hours. But 72 hours passed, no tickets received so I wrote a mail to Bengaluru Wonderla reception regarding my issue.
HERE COMES THE HORRIFIC REPLY.
Hi Sir,
After checking with the Cred team, we have confirmed that only one user, Yasar Arafath ( [email protected], Mobile: xxxx), has been allocated a coupon. However, the coupon code they received is different from the code mentioned by the customer. The code provided by the customer (WCREDXXXX) does not match the one allocated.
Hence, please ask the customer to provide the registered number associated with their Cred account, as well as the coupon code they received, so we can verify it with the Cred team.

As per their reply only the persons who got the codes from cred are eligible for the visit. They did this to prevent selling I think.I bought each code for 600-650/- from dimers.
What should I do now guys

They will verify and issue the tickets on their names only bro. ID cards will be verified during entrance too bro so strictly no sharing.

Didn't you read the T-C before buying?
If they are providing unique codes then its highly probable that it will be based on mobile number & account.
U can ask for refund also from them because they also didn't told you terms before selling.
Now only admin or senior dimers can help you to get back the money 💰💰💰💰.

@dealer98765 bought 5 codes from him. Explained my situation but he replied that he sold wonderla codes to many and never faced such issues. He added that he arranged the codes from others so unable to offer me a refund

Wow, that's not good. Great that I choose to use it myself rather than selling at cheap price, otherwise it would have been wasted completely.
Cred should have mentioned explicitly that no sharing is allowed. What was point of asking names and email again, when redeeming?

Still fighting with Cred through the dimers from which I bought the codes bro. I'm really frustrated/exhausted/fed up whatever you can say

Usually the ticket arrives within 4 days bro. If you haven't got it, raise a complaint with Cred since they are the only ones who can help.
