Anyway to connect with an executive in cred.
I have made a payment to my sbi cb card but sbi rejected it citing amount paid is more than current outstanding. Now cred is showing it as paid and no refund initiated. I'm even not able to contact support to explain the issue.
Anyone knows any way to connect with an executive?

I checked it but no support. There are some already listed issues but this issue is not listed there.

Now cred says check with sbi and sbi says check with cred. What should I do?

there is support tab. check it out, they are quite supportive too.
