Call will come on number which was used in address section at the time of order.

No call will come to account holder as we can choose which number we want to get call from courier.

A person can use n number of numbers in every other order.

And if he wants to return anything call will come to that address number which was used to order the item.

Nothing will come to account holder number.

No, delivery agent will not call A or the person who placed the order. As a matter of fact, on the address label of the package there will be no mention of A. Only the name and address of B. So, B needs to be informed beforehand by A that the package is out for delivery with the delivery agent's phone number (+ pin) & it's B's responsibility to make arrangements to receive the delivery. If B lives in a society that has security at the gate, B can leave instructions there for them to accept the package or else B can call the delivery agent & request them to hand over the package to a neighbour who should be informed by B in advance. In case of open box delivery, it would be wise for B to receive the package in person.

For return/replacement, A will have to initiate return from the app after which a delivery agent will go & collect the package from B.
