Converted my MasterCard Credit Card to RuPay Variant from HDFC Bank

- I mailed HDFC Bk on 11th September 2024.
- Requested them to convert my HDFC Bank MoneyBack Plus MasterCard Credit Card to its RuPay variant.
- Today received a SMS from HDFC Bank with a OTP to set a PIN for credit card.
- I was surprised because the credit card number was not mine. (eg. XX0000)
- Opened my HDFC Bank App.
- Found that old Credit Card 🟢 Transfer
- And new Rupay CC with 🟢 Active
- And all my reward points and credit limit with due became 0 for old card and showed in new card
- I had zero hope for this to happen.
- Can you please tell when will the card be delivered to me?
