Anyone here using a CGM device to monitor blood glucose levels in real time for themselves or others in the family? Or any doctors here who want to share feedback?
Please comment on its correctness/reliability, convenience, cost, long term use, etc.

I am diabetic. I want to better understand what foods suit and what foods trigger a spike in my blood glucose levels and hence this thought. I am OK if there is some small variation as long as we can get the trend (which is not grossly inaccurate like those morepen stick based meters).
Is it a good idea to track this way? How much would I spend if I want to try for a month or two? Which brand is better?
PS: I am not on medication yet. Want to experiment a bit before resigning my fate to medication. I have given up sugar intake (which was very high) and want to check what other food I need to change.
I've used it, and apparently, people who have not used it have a better idea.
Same info required
And please share where we will get cgm at lower price
It's a solution in search of a problem. Healthy individuals don't need to monitor glucose levels continuously. Their utility in case of pre-diabetics is questionable and not accurate enough to be replace the traditional machines in case of diabetic patients. Lastly they are rather expensive, unnecessarily so. The fad has seemingly died down.
