Confused on LTA Block Years (Income Tax)

Hi Guys , I was checking whether i can declare LTA expense in 2023-24 Investment declaration in my Organisation, I wasn't sure how many times i have claimed in the past in current LTA Block 22-25 , i went to my previous years ITR's and last i see section 10(5) claimed in A.Y. 21-22 . What does this mean , is A.Y. 23-24 is the last year in current block , if not can someone please throw some light on this.

22-25 is the current block. so you still have time. you can still claim twice till 2025.
