Pinnacle card is only good for the international lounge usage where you get 2 international usage per quarter using Priority Pass. BMS movie offer is also there but its just Rs 200 off per ticket, very low value.
I got the same upgrade offer for my previous LTF Legend credit card and took it since Legend was a useless card too.

I got a call for upgrade from legend to pinnacle. They mentioned no annual or renewal fee but joining fee of 15000 there which will be reimbursed as GyFTR Vouchers
Don't fall for that trap. The vouchers given are not the Amazon, Flipkart ones but high end brands and less popular brands which might not be that useful. At end you are paying the joining fee + GST when other people are getting it without paying any fees whatsoever.

Absolutely go for an upgrade, Pinnacle is a better cc and allow you to open zero MAB Exclusive account.
Are you referring to Adavantage as exclusive savings accounts whose offer I've been getting since April this year?
@yogobit460 ... I keep getting call for an upgrade to Pinnacle (Mastercard) but it comes with one-time joining fee of Rs. 15k + GST ... did you do anything to get this LTF upgrade?
Even I hold Legend LTF and will take Pinnacle CC only if it's offered LTF.
So I've been getting calls for past two years ever since I swiped legend at airport longe twice to upgrade to indus Ind amex iconia was it? & then on August 8 this master card.
I told them I'd pay one time fees 17700 if they gave me Amazon pay balance equal amount.
They offered to exclusively switch from luxury brand 15k voucher to 10k Amazon pay balance for me saying it's less since online voucher
But I refused unless given 17700 Amazon pay
